Our Service is also hosted by BlackCloset, Inc. /D/B/A/ Brandboom which is an online wholesale platform. Therefore, certain terms and conditions of the Brandboom Privacy Policy may apply to you as you utilize our Service. Please read and carefully review the Brandboom Privacy Policy. You accept the Brandboom Privacy Policy every time you use our Service. If you do not accept the Brandboom Privacy Policy, then you must not use our Service.
• Third Party Functional Providers. Through Weebly, we may run various programs, applications, interfaces and facilities created by third party providers. Collectively, we refer to these third party programs, applications, interfaces and facilities as “Functional Providers”.
These Functional Providers gather information about your interactions and other information related to their functions and our Services. Functional Providers we use may include Zelixcorp (“Secure Traffic”) and Zotabox (“Social Sharing”).

• As also mentioned above, we use Stripe, PayPal, Apple and Android as Payment Providers. When you make a purchase on our Service, you select your method of payment. We collect and provide your Personal Information to these Payment Providers as part of the payment process, depending on the method by which you chose to pay. Therefore, certain terms and conditions of these Payment Providers will apply to you and your Personal Information, and you give your consent to each of these Payment Providers, depending upon your selected method of payment, by using our Service.
