1. I love the collection, but am not sure what size to order. Can you help?
The LISA AVIVA collection size chart and sizing information, may be found here. Unless otherwise specified, if you fall between sizes, size down for a more fitted appearance and size up for a looser fit. For remaining questions, please feel free to reach out to: [email protected] for assistance.
2. Where can I shop the collection in stores?
LISA AVIVA is currently available exclusively online, at private shopping events and at Red Scarf Equestrian, in Collingwood, Ontario. For exclusive invitations to join our events, sign up for our Insiders List here.
3. I need my order ASAP. Can you help?
If you are located in the Greater Toronto Area or in New York City's five boroughs, it is our pleasure to accommodate special requests by offering next day and same day courier service of in stock items, for a flat fee of $95. Please contact: [email protected] for assistance. If you prefer to pick up your order, at no cost, please reach out to Customer Care and let us know.
4. What types of payment do you accept?
LISA AVIVA currently accepts payments through eTansfer, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Paypal, as well as most debit and credit cards (including: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Discover and Diners Club).
5. Can I pay in Canadian dollars?
The LISA AVIVA website currently accepts payment in US dollars. For those that prefer to pay in Canadian funds, please contact: [email protected] and you will be invoiced in Canadian funds.
6. Where do you ship?
The LISA AVIVA collection currently ships duty-free to Canada and the USA. However, if you have a specific request and would like something shipped overseas, contact: [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Duty-free orders currently only apply to Canada and the USA.
7. What is the cost of shipping?
Standard shipping in Canada and the USA is always free and expedited shipping is offered at an additional cost ranging from $20 to $40.
8. How much are duties and taxes?
The LISA AVIVA collection is currently offered duty-free in Canada and the USA. Taxes in the USA are currently only charged to those with billing or shipping addresses in New York state and at the applicable rate (pending any changes in the laws that govern online sales). Taxes in Canada are charged at the standard provincial and federal rates.
9. When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 2-3 business days of order placement, Monday through Friday.
10. Do you offer curbside pickup?
Yes, curbside pickup is available in both New York City and in Toronto. Depending upon availability, most orders can be picked up in as little as 24 hours. Need it sooner? Contact [email protected].
